In this workshop, students will gain a broad picture of some key issues and challenges facing those involved in conflict resolution work on university campuses from a variety of theoretical perspectives. Through role-play and discussion, we will identify constructive responses to conflict within a campus context as well as practical techniques to enhance leadership skills in this area.

Next month, we at The Coexistence Trust, the Tony Blair Faith Foundation and the Three Faiths Forum will embark on a tour of UK university campuses to mobilise students of faith across the country towards shared social action. Campus FaithHub – UK Tour 2009 will be a space to positive and constructive communication between faith communities on campus, provide skills and leadership training and offer tools for shared local and global action.
The three organisations will be showcasing their student and youth programmes and offering volunteer and project opportunities for student across the UK, including Parliamentors, Faiths Act, and FaithHub Student Summit 2010.
