Lord Grenville Janner, a joint president of the Coexistence Trust, was on hand to assist with the swearing-in ceremony of Lord Paul Boateng, who has recently become a peer.

The ceremony occurred on 1st July. Lord Janner was joined by crossbencher Lord Herman Ouseley in welcoming Lord Boateng, the former MP for Brent South and British Ambassador to South Africa, to the Upper House.
